Barbecue & Spit Roast Catering

Hey guys,

just wondering if any of you have contacts in regards to a barbecue or spit roast caterer? Friend has a birthday coming up and decided he doesnt want to be cooking and entertaining all night. Already have a lead for a nice Persian business and it works out to roughly $10/head for 2 massive skewers, rice and salad each!

in all seriousnessbzns, my mums uncle had made his own spit roaster, was a beast of a machine, probably had a whole cow on it at some stage.
