I can get the EVC 6 for $630. My mechanic thinks EVC is the way to go because of the individual plotting points and overall tuneability but I wouldn't have a clue. Yeah right. I've got a high flowed GT2871, making 276 hp atm with a Garrett actuator that brings boost to 10 psi at 4000rpm and then creeps up to 16psi at redline. I've got an old dyno sheet for the car making 230kw @ 20psi so im just looking to hit this figure again. I had a profec B in there but it died and my mechanice seems to think the EVC 5/6 is the way to go for maximum control of boost???
