Just wondering dose anyone know if the cam angle sensor from a r34 skyline is it going to fit straight into my ser.2 r33..

Just with the r34 being a neo engine and mine being the r33 rb25det..??

I also noticed that the cam angle sensor from a z32 looks very similar in pictures.. dose anyone know if they will fit my 33..??

Unless yours is one of the last model series 2 R33's that got the plastic CAS, then no, a R34 plastic CAS won't work (different spline inside).

No idea about a Z32 one.

What's the reasoning for not just going another metal CAS from a R32/R33?
