R32 Rb25Det Conversion

Ive been told by people that an rb25det will drop straight in and ive also been told that every last thing from the r32 can reconnect to the rb25 once its dropped in i.e. the exhasut manifold is the same, intake is the same all the pugs n sensors all connect up to the rb25 with no need for the rb25 loom. Ive even been told that the r32 ecu doesnt nescessarily need to be retuned after the rb25 is dropped in.

can anyone give me some advice and oppinions on this thanks
