Up for sale is a 1997 Honda Civic VTi (Yes thats a vtec)

2 Door Coupe

This car features the beautiful and fuel saving Sohc Vtec D16y8 motor

5 speed manual transmission

Rego till mid August (I think 14th)

THE CAR ONLY HAS 40000kms (actually just under this)

Was owned by an old man from Dover Heights who has barely driven the car in the past 10 years

The car comes with log books and owners manual

Car is standard with no modification

Mechanically the car is great

Only problem i can see is that the rear passenger wheel bearing is slightly noisy (this is a very cheap fix and i can get the bearing fixed for extra $$ after a deposit from the buyer)

Interior is clean though could do with a clean and getting air through as the car hasnt been used much lately

The only downfall of the car is the exterior

It has few scratches in the paint (maybe minor scrapes)

rear bar has a crack in it

and there is a bit of surface rust as the previous owner lived near the beach

the passenger side guard also has rust bubbles

the security code is on the radio at the moment though you should be able to get this from a honda dealer if you give them your vin number

Also as of 5/6/2011 there are no encumbrances according to REVS

Great car for some looking for an A-B car

Also these motors and gearboxes are still worth quiet a bit (and this has less than 40000ks on it)

Also if your a panelbeater or know a good one, it wouldnt cost too much to get this car looking smick
