Which Turbos Should I Buy? -5's Or -7's?

I want to change the stock ceramic turbos before they let go since my motor is healthy.

i would be happy with 300awk's, and my tuner reckons i should go the -5's as they are not that laggy.

From my research everyone on here every1 recommends the -7 or -9's for that power level.

What are peoples opinions should i go -5's or will it be too laggy for a daily driver?

Current mods

- 3.5" exhaust

- Apexi power fc

- Adjustable cam gears

- EBC @ 1 bar

- 230kw
