it has always had the cover on it, you can see in the first shot the condition of the front seal, its seriously 3weeks old! it has a lil bit of grease on it that could be easily cleand, i just havent gotton around to it.

comes with box and charger and 2 batteries, batteries have the green tangs, i havent even used the second battery yet ! just charged it up.
