lol.. the "mob" idea sounds great... we should have like a cruise or something... go in there and look like we're about to order up a storm..... then leave.

that woman is in need of a big ChoOCK.

in on mob idea. slack ordering and leaving all that fine bird though, just make sure everyone trolls her enough to set her off..

Back on Topic of having a whinge, a cry or a sook.

Paypal eh.

Sell several items to another forum member, they pay via paypal

One of the items has some damage in transit (afaik)

paypal gives them their money back and they get to keep half my items.

now you'd think that this is where paypals appeal process would come into play. They asked for a stat dec declaring that not all the items had been returned, which I supplied, but they rejected. Wasnt Statutory or Declaratory enough?

Basically told me 'deal with it'

Moral of the story

f**k PayPal

paypal is shit! I hate using it

I apparently owe them $50...well guess what f**kers the card details the have for that account are no longer in use (I have 2 account btw) so they can jam it

Apparently I owe them $800. as a result of the unwarranted and illegal return of items in a second hand sale in which ebay had no part. Not including loss of money through the items not returned.

Basically my only option now, beside lodging a case with the financial ombudsman service, which i've done, is to issue a letter of demand to the buyer and start court proceedings. Fun times

anyhoo, is this the chicken place folks were talking about with the crabby server?

Pat, that intersection is close enough to eastwood that it's assumed that there is a black hole-esque draw on driving skills and observation of road rules there. Just ignore the red arrow and go for it.

LOL i see what you did there regarding general population of Eastwood and its surrounds and gotta give you props for it, normally couldn't agree more and well spotted re the location. Problem is there is a cop shop a few blocks back from it and if i dont get seen by one of the local rozzers then i will at least earn a shaken head and muttered curse about the recklessness of import drivers from the chump stuck behind me..

    • Hello!  i just finished manual swaping my r34 skyline with a r33 rb20de box(RB71C)box  When the car is running it squeaks crazy loud and it was smoking from the gearbox area. The gearbox is fine it was tested. The clutch slave cylinder seems like it doesn't fully releases the clutch. I want to ask if this noise is from the throw out bearing or could it be the clutch assembly or disk att.xFliq87Gzw6kImKBVqDebXkj0fBqymk0JaYeP3_3SlM.mp4
    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
