Boost Spiking And Not Holding Boost

Hey guys,

have a problem as when given full throttle the car hits its normal boost of 12psi which was set on dyno...but at after 5000rpm it just all over the place 10.8psi 11.5psi.sometimes might hit 13psi but drops down to 10psi and goes a lil bit up to 11.5psi till around 6500/6800rpm.

its just all over the place. i have a turbosmart tee boost controller.ive tryed my gfb boost controller and holds much better but still not holding full boost at high rpm.thinking it might be the boost controller but not sure.maybe my vacume hose from BC to plenium is way too far on the other side, like one meter plus it is to go from BC to plenium.

any ideas.

Take off the cooler pipe that outlets from the turbo, get a nipple fitted i to that pipe and refit. That will be a lot shorter,

But most turbo's will die off in the higher rpm's unless they are pretty big

yea its the stock turbo...you mean fit the nipple to the intercooler pipe in there or more towards the conection pipe part on the turbo with the 3 long bolts going down ?

I Normally go to the cooler pipe. But either is fine. It makes the lines alot shorter
