Ok putting this up for sale regretfully.

There are options at the bottom of this page for how this car will be offered so look through them and say if you’re interested in any. NO BS, no trolling. Cash talk and BS can run the F$%K away as I own a big stick :spank:

Disclaimer aside I have a 2000 model R34 2 door GT-T for sale.

The car clipped a centre island destroying a wheel and then went into the dirt embankment across from my house during some savage rain storm. I bought the car from the owner for the insurance costs etc. The car is currently rego’ed and NOT under finance NOR WRITTEN OFF.

It’s an rb25det neo manual. 77,000kms and the only none factory item is the cat back exhaust which was squashed during the embankment ride. I will list the parts needed to rebuild the car as there is NO CHASSIS OR STRUCTRAL damage .Car is well maintained and has had timing belt done at 55000km. Mainly cosmetic damage but with 2 foot of mud shoved in the front it looked so much worse so insurance wasn’t interested and neither was old owner as he wasn’t a car guy and was rather drunk when he did the damage so was lucky I live where I live.

The Damage:

Left LCA , left castor rod plus mount, Left steering arm, LH strut, complete front bumper, radiator, air cond condenser, Headlights, LF guard(current one can be repaired tho) front brakes(rotors/calipers ,these were removed for a project build I did). There is old damage on both rear corners of the bumper in the way of red scratches (dude couldn’t park I assume). I can source all the needed parts here in SA for $1500 to make this back to a clean as daily or daily/skidder.

Now the fun bit, options.

OPTION 1/ buy the rolling damaged shell no motor or box included for $4000. (I could use these on my current project)Perfect if your sufferign a defect or have crashed your chassis.

OPTION 2/ Buy the rolling shell damaged INCLUDING motor and box for $7k ( happy to start car and show running. )Perfect if you feel like sourcing parts and spinning spanners.

OPTION 3/ Pay a 1k deposit and I will source all parts included to fix with sale for $8400 (you do the spanner work to save some coin)Good for the handy man.

Option 4/ pay a 1k deposit and allow me 2 weeks to source and FIT ALL PARTS for $9500. That’s bloody cheap for an r34 2 door manual turbo. This will include new panels painted to suit and car delivered to your door (in SA) or via arrangement interstate.

THE PRICES ARE CHEAP FOR NO OTHER REASON THAN I NEED TO GET RID OF THIS CAR FROM MY YARD AND NEED SOME OF THE MONEY I HAVE PUT INTO IT BACK ASAP.

Contact details: Im located a fair way south of adelaide (think seaford area) pm's through here will be replied too BUT im only here ever couple days, or SMS on 0434 931 251. i drive trucks monday to friday so i will call back when possible or reply when im not driving or sleeping, but always within 12hours.And car is avail to view anytime after 6pm . cheers JB

I DO NOT have the funds avail to do this car up for my own reasons, and am pissed about having to sell it but life won’t allow me any toys in the near or distant future. PICS are included more avail on request. ALL PRICES ARE NEGOTIABLE BUT LOWBALLING WILL BE IGNORED.

PLEASE NOTE: I will be using NON XENON headlights to replace the originals as the cost of xenon is stupidly high. post-46775-0-83261500-1319706808_thumb.jpgpost-46775-0-37814000-1319706823_thumb.jpgpost-46775-0-31235600-1319706835_thumb.jpgpost-46775-0-21211900-1319706850_thumb.jpgpost-46775-0-61905000-1319707123_thumb.jpg

    • I wasn’t able to replicate the sound anymore. It was a one time sound so maybe it was just coincidence but it was like small pebbles being dropped in a coke can.   should I try cleaning the MAF? It could be it’s functioning but dirty? I don’t know.
    • Update 4: Hi all. The car drives again! Haven't driven for long, only to store it in the garage again, but the test drive was successful. The coolant and oil leaks seem to be fixed for now. Temps on the engine were also very good, while moving I never even saw 80C water during the approx. 30 minute drive. Ate up all the coolant in the reservoir though so will have to fill that even more when I go to the car next time. One thing that pisses me off is that the RPM gauge is still f**ked, I even resoldered the board twice and used copper paste on the silly screws that are used as connections. Next time I take it out I'll take apart the board and fit new components, I'll see if I can get a replacement IC for it.  I have an appointment set for 22nd of September for the engine tune to 370hp. Alignment also still needs to be done. My hope is that I can get all the legal stuff over with by the end of this season. Anyone of you have advice regarding intercoolers? Currently there is an APEXI core fitted, one of those weird hybrid ones, 600x270x76. I don't think it's bad but it's not new and now I still have the chance to change it now to legally include it in the paperwork. Only issue is that the only options that would arrive in time are a HKS Type R intercooler or generic Ebay spec intercoolers comparable to a JustJap one. Ideally I'd order a Plazmaman but it takes over a month to receive which would mean making the car legal has to wait until next season. Would love to hear some input on this. Same story for my injectors, the previous owner was a nunce and put ID 1050x on the engine. They work but are obviously not ideal at "normal" power levels. But I don't see a reason to change them unless the tuner says it's necessary. I read online before buying a different exhaust that the top secret style rear diffusers won't fit due to the size of the rear resonators. My buddy and I made it work by slightly "adjusting the shape" of the mounting bracket and making some spacers out of 3d print for the mounting bolts. Fits like a charm. Just putting this here in case someone has this problem. Even the hefty HKS Silent Hi Power rear can fits without hitting anything.
    • Well they got my money but they are not getting my gearbox !
    • It's needed for rolling idle up, and I think it is a decider on VCT also.
    • I mean, not really. Link ECU's can absolutely still have errors from the ECU thinking it's getting a sensor it's not expecting. I would imagine the speed at the ECU level in Nistune does absolutely nothing anyway? I assume the ECU does not do any fancy TC stuff with regards to front+rear wheel speed or anything of that like anyway. Someone who uses Nistune may be more fluent in it.
