Torque Spec For Rb25 Vct Gear

Im rebuilding my rb25 and was wondering what the torque specs were on the vct bolt holding it down to the cam... For some reason this is not listed in the manual.

Also the washer that is on the bolt needs to be chamfer down which confuses me because my washer looks like any average washer without chamfer ...

Somebody must know this torque spec, or else people are just cranking them down "tight"?? Kinda don't think so - its pretty important it doesn't pull on the intake cam too hard.

Chamfer on washer to face to engine side.

Use hex on camshaft to hold cam against rotating when tensioning up centre bolt.

Centre bolt torque:

123 to 132 N-m (12.5 to 13.5 kg-m) (90 to 97 ft lbs)
