OK i know this has been ask a million times, but I just want to compile a list of possible 6x9 speakers that could possibly fit at the rear or an alternative to the 6x9 (e.g. 6 or 6 1/2") that could also fit at the rear that people have used. Please specify brand names and power rating etc...

Thanx :)

dont get 6x9s. your best bet is to get 6" or 6 and 1/2" coax or splits and amp them. and get a sub or two for bass. amping 6x9s or off the head unit will sound shit and just make you angry and disappointed. if you get a sub or amp anything, amp all of your internal speakers, fronts and rears. dont just amp the rears. if you have to amp on only set amp the fronts, never only the rears.

sure you can do it (get 6x9s) but ive seen people do it and then i show them my 6" coax in the rear (parcel shelf), 6" door splits, 2 x 12" subs in boot and they get devistated by it

even without the subs its shitloads better

much clearer, louder, sharper, more bassy and the speakers fang.

my 2 cents

any good car audio place should be able to recommend spakers / subs per car application but i certainly wouldnt recommend amping 6x9s and i dont even sell car audio stuff

amping 6x9s is like having a hks 2530 and standard ecu and fuel maps, yeah it will work and give you a fast spool (stock boost), but your not using the turbo to its full pontential. spend the extra 1000 on a new ecu and it will be 348919795485423154 times better you can then run 17psi thru it and you wont get boost cuts, fuel cuts, spikes or any of that crap. of course your fuel pump wil need to match it

:D

    • Hi from Canada, Both of my calipers are starting to fail. My car is a 2005 M35 Stagea ARX and I can't seem to find any parts or any cross reference caliper that would fit my car. Is there a company or a similar caliper that would fit and I could replace the OEM one. Or if anyone knows where I can find a new OEM. Any help is very appreciated. Let me know!
    • Maf is a question mark but TPS  I have set at 0.47, the fact that I’m getting proper voltage range out of it with the key on leads me to believe it’s functioning properly. I’m getting proper voltages on basically everything. I still need to look up voltage ranges for z32 maf and test that
    • Honestly no not at all, but it’s a very basic tune, it’s stock injectors q45 tps and z32 maf. Other than that it’s a completely stock base map. The file is from nistune and from my understanding if it was tune related I would be able to unplug maf and tps and it would still start even if it was a really shitty start. I have tried starting it with coolant temp, maf, and tps unplugged none of those 3 togethor or individually changes anything

    • What does it look like with highway driving? And yes, I had a similar thought as Duncan. It looks quite similar in my Stagea and I have made myself accept it as normal. Might have to look into it some day   Highway gets as low as 10l/100km on my end so I'm not as worried about it being a mechanical issue. More likely just the tune on the haltech.
