Hi, selling NISMO R-Tune Coilover Suspension for R34 GTT Skyline in Victoria.

Both Height and Shock adjustable by Knob at reachable level, even for the rear, unlike most other brands.

Condition: 85-90% new. Except for some road tar marks. No leaks of course, having been on car for only 3-4 months.

Reason of sale: baby along way, back to stock suspension for mother !

Price: due to as new condition, about $1900ono.

The NISMO R-Tune are designed by NISMO perfectly for the R34GTT. They are the top spec version for the R34, also about 25-30% more expensive than the HKS and TEIN equivalent - roughly $4000 for the set, brand new. Photos are of course, available, and Victorian buyers welcome to look at it in person WITHOUT obligation, hopefully all at about the same time though.

For Interstate buyers who pay $1900, I will subsidise the postage by charging Nothing..

:):)

Thanks, replied and have sent pictures..

Here are the SPECS:

F9.0 (kgf/mm)

F8.0 (kgf/mm)

Just on borderline of Street vs Circuit spring rates.

Rear Shock Adjustment: 8 turns on knob with numbering

Front Shock Adjustment : 4 turns on knob with numbering

Lowers Front -35mm

Lowers rear - 20mm

The G-Attack S-Tune, in comparison, is 6.4K front and 4.6K rear, similar to say TEIN Type Flex, which is usually said to be too soft for even street use by many users.

Thanks, please PM me or call me on 0400167761 to take a look, no obligations!

Hi guys, thanks for replying.

Pics have been sent to Amadeo, if Adzmax could leave his email addy too, I'll send them to you asap later tonight thanks!

Regarding the spring rates - I am not sure how familiar you guys are with suspensions or track work, but if these were to go on the track they're probably JUST slightly too soft. To me I think they were just right for the R34 GTT even on the street, and also since the sound insulation is good on the R34's it doesn't seem to have too much of an NVH issue either, unlike on other cars such as the S15s.

This coming from NISMO, I reckon you can believe in their choice - but whether it is too hard for you it is too hard to quantify ^_^

Hi Muz,

Ok just to let you know, the other person has given me $500 to take away a bit of the suspension already :) and then will come back and take the rest of it... when he has enough money next week! :D

So sorry that we couldn't deal this time!

With the Hiper Max II you're getting from this other person, they're normally worth about 20% less than the NISMO from Japan - so I think $2000 if they're use might be a little bit expensive ? Perhaps try to talk down the price a bit..

I normally import brand new coilovers as well, although these few weeks I am not doing them anymore as I might have to head overseas for work suddenly!

Anyway, all the best with getting your coilovers..

Warmest regards

Kelvin

    • Yep, the closest base tune available was for the GTT, I went with that and made all the logical changes I could find to convert it to Naturally Aspirated. It will rev fine in Neutral to redline but it will be cutting nearly 50% fuel the whole way.  If I let it tune the fuel map to start with that much less fuel it wont run right and has a hard time applying corrections.  These 50% cuts are with a fuel map already about half of what the GTT tune had.  I was having a whole lot of bogging when applying any throttle but seem to have fixed that for no load situations with very aggressive transient throttle settings. I made the corrections to my injectors with data I found for them online, FBCJC100 flowing 306cc.  I'll have to look to see if I can find the Cam section. I have the Bosch 4.9 from Haltech. My manifold pressure when watching it live is always in -5.9 psi/inHg
    • Hi My Tokico BM50 Brake master cylinder has a leak from the hole between the two outlets (M10x1) for brake pipes, I have attached a photo. Can anyone tell me what that hole is and what has failed to allow brake fluid to escape from it, I have looked on line and asked questions on UK forums but can not find the answer, if anyone can enlighten me I would be most grateful.
    • It will be a software setting. I don't believe many on here ever used AEM. And they're now a discontinued product, that's really hard to find any easy answers on. If it were Link or Haltech, someone would be able to just send you a ECU file though.
    • Yes sir am asking is there possible way from aem tuner from wiring pins
    • Have you checked cam to crank timing and confirmed balancer marks are correct?
