Sweet, will keep an eye out for you! Be careful around Newcastle itself if your car is modified, the boys in blue had ruined the car scene up here due to the minority that spoilt it for all of us!

Love the idea. They did actually have a mini on air slanging match when they both turned up at the same house to do a story once

Maybe we should get someone to start a new news show and tell the real facts? Not sure how I'd look in a dress but I'll give it a crack :laugh:

Not really a news show but Media Watch try and The Chaser guys used to love ripping into TT

i might have to ask if i can give gunnedah a miss at work... priorities right! plus i dont really need to go up there till friday, and i can fly up and back then...

They made a brief return for the election

One of them has a show on Foxtel and the others are doing a new show on Prime but not sure when it starts

Good find! I looked and had no luck but that is the board.... TBH if they don't have the software you should go Haltech.... If JEM say they can tune it then it's your choice... Would still be going haltech, but I am biased mate ;)

I seriously looked even with the board number and still found nothing... You did well!

I would love to corrupt you to Haltech but just keen to see your before and after results for stage 1 :)

Wait until you talk to Adam and Dean.... They are mildly persuasive lol.... Oh and make sure you look out for Bobby, I reckon that R34 will be Aussies best :D you'll be in heaven

So guys, i am thinking the Ferry idea is out.................

We can still do old pac and Galston Gorge but we would need to turn around at some point and come back.

We could always aim to have Brekkie at Galston itself and then head on the return trip, there is 2 cafe's from what i can see, i am thinking that Rosies would be the go as there is a Franklins carpark accross the road and we probably wont fit in the carpark at Rosies so we could use the one at the shops, also looks like parking if you turn left at the roundabout but thats only a minor detail. Although the Ferry Rd was fun i am worried about the low cars and the GTR's

fair call on the ferry.. im still happy to make a split meeting point for the people who want to go the ferry route?...

all that sounds good though mate.

no vcam for my car, can find areas to better spend money.

update on my ecu.. its basically been chipped by a company in japan that there is about 1 licence in aus to tune it haha.. so i will be going for the haltech :) and i got the ok to have work off too so very happy! my bank account wont be though.

      Yeah you can. Cable tie the gauge to a windscreen wiper, or run it into the car and hold it with one hand, or have the neighbour's kid run alongside and tell you what it says.

      I've never understood why this bothers people. Surely you'd be looking at a T3 flanged Garrett style thing, rather than a TD? You're unlikely to push a +T hard enough to need that much fuel. If you're not starting with most of the things you need to do that (ie, the bloody ECU!), you're better off just going Haltech/Link. You wil hate life a lot less. No. Just no. Just turbo it as is.

      Ok I get you. But isn’t the butterfly intake a headache with the +T?  see this is my plan so far but please advise me into the right direction.  Nistune Ecu, 1000cc Bosch injectors, TD05 or TD06 Kinugawa turbo using stock rb25det exhuast manifold, walbro fuel pump unsure of model I think it’s 450/460, spitfire coils and sparks to suit and a R35 MAF sensor and boost sensor.    I was thinking maybe do a cheap eBay plenum $400-500 or try find a stock det neo intake. I think I’d port match it so it’s getting the full capacity but open to advice please.  Thanks

      The issue now is the 'fuel cut' while driving, and when it happend, it does not stall. This, I did not test the fuel pressure while driving as I cannot with a fuel pressure gauge. I do have Nistune logs, yes. I have also replaced the MAF Sensor.   Also related to the FPG Fuel Hanger – I just realized that I need a Deutsch Crimp Tool to crimp some cables for the FPG Fuel Hanger. Need to purchase additional cables as the kit only included 2, which are for the float. FPG has not responded to my emails so far since purchasing. I thought about taking it to someone and having it done professionally, but I am reluctant since everyone I took it to messed up in some way.
