Ok guys that time of year again. Im relatively new to this forum so was just wondering who is going and wat type of cars are entering. Sorry if this has already been posted elsewhere.

Thinking ppl could throw a couple of pics up of there car and some power figures to go with it. I wanna see some good hp cars there this year hopefully jot as much stock skylines and commodores.

Quick list of work is fully built 26/30, 6boost manifold, haltech, hks t51r, nitrous. Made 648@who on 22psi. Going back on dyno next week with more boost so fingers crossed that number will start with a 8

I'll be going in my R34 gtr vspec on track. Its such a good price for 4 days of fun! The car Is on a run in tune at the moment as the engine just got rebuilt.. Its at18psi and is making 390Hp at the wheels. Although will be taking back to gt auto to see what we can bump it up to in the next week or two.

    • Heh. I copied the link to the video direct, instead of the thread I mentioned. But the video is the main value content anyway. Otherwise, yes, in Europe, surely you'd be expected to buy local. Being whichever flavour of Michelin, Continental or Pirelli suits your usage model.
    • Continental have consistently beaten the absolute shit out of every other performance tyre in Wet/Damp/Cold conditions and give up a little bit of time (half a second at most) in the dry. Almost like it's engineered for German conditions or something. I'd def give those a try.
    • I refer you to this thread on PF, by someone who knows what he's doing. Paints a good picture of the humble AD09.
    • Ha, I've never pressed the X in all these years incase it removed the notification for all Admins
    • I don't know, I've never done it that way, but 1. While it is an interference engine, there is still clearance between the valves and the piston at all points in the regular timing cycle 2. There is not a lot of distance before you can't catch the top of the valve stem any more I don't know if 2 is greater or less than 1. But 3. If it doesn't work out you are f**ked, engine is coming out to disassemble so it is a big bet.
