Going Full Throttle On Trust Pe Ti-R /w Silencer Attached - Any Issues?

I have the Trust PE Ti-R exhaust on my car, My car is already done stage 2 mod and runing with GTSS . high cam, F con V pro and many others parts, Now running around 500 whp. This exhaust comes with a restrictive-looking silencer at the tail pipe, which can be removed of course. However, I was just wondering if there are any risks of damaging the engine and/or turbo if I go full throttle when the silencer intact. Or is it perfectly safe, and the silencer merely restricts performance potential?

Any restriction can cause an engine to detonate if its been tuned without the restriction
