Lads,

Scrolled back a lot of post regarding bodykits for V35 sedans didn't give me a solution as most of the links given are from the U.S.

I got a quote from strafespeed for a nismo style front bumper for my 2004 and he wanted $1100 USD for shipping which is insane despite that the front bumper is only $275.

So here it goes, anybody know where they can get front bumper (i.e Nismo) for the 1st gen sedans? Please help a brother out!

P.S. Found one from eastern states "bodykitskingdom.com.au" but they only have one option and it looks hideous.

The reason its so expensive is because of fedex and how muh room the bumper in a box takes up space wise.......all the major bodykit companies will charge that much. For sedans in general you are limited. Ive contacted jesse streeter about the nismo aero bar and its not that expensive even with postage. Thats why i am putting a M35 stagea nose on a sedan

Why are you guys looking in the US for body kits if the shipping is so damn expensive (not to mention the American definition of "bolt on" is very different to the Japanese and our definition).

Get a reference of some of the body kits (or other parts) on this site and then get a quote inc shipping from companies like RHDJapan, Import Monster, Jesse Streeter or even talk to Jase (Prince_Skyline) on here

Anyway, Skyline V35 Sedan

Please post pictures!!!! I do like the M35 front as well.

As for the carmate link, it says V37 and no other option. I'll give them a ring later and see what happens.

Any other interesting findings?

G35 sedans and V35 sedans have the exact same front, same bolts and everything, the rear is different because of american rear end crash standards.

And besides most of the aftermarket bars for the sedans are hideous anyway, only the impul kit stands out. The full wald lip kit is nice but very very expensive and the nismo aero bar is like rocking horse shit to find.....the factory bar with the N1lip off ebay also looks good if you dont paint it.

You could also do a coupe nose, it only requires custom fenders but everythibg else will bolt in and fit. The sedan and coupe have the same radiator/headlight subframe section at the front. It had been done in japan and america but not here.....

V35 sedan with stagea nose....

wowowow....I'm bailing out of the m35 look. Looks nice and classy from the front but the side looks like a BA Falcon now that I look at it.....

Yeah nismo style can only get in U.S. and no way that's going to happen...

I rang infiniti in the US for a sport package (nismo aero kit) and you cant buy them new. There is none in the entire countrys inventory because they stock depleted from when producion finished a couple of years ago.

Personally i think the M35 is better look, cleaner and makes it look less maxima-ish

    • Yeh I think i'll message an old contact i had for ages that manages his own tyre shop now.. n tell him what i want n work with him before ordering..  Got this 17x9 +30 Driftteks on 245/45/17 PSR Drag Radials on the rear.. They fit well - for your reference in future - Rear guards  have been lipped in & minimal to non flaring of the rear Gaurds.
    • If only it were that easy! I also needed to remove seats, shocks, brake calipers, send my car through a fence, and use measuring and ended up guessing because I didn't remove seats, shocks and brake calipers. It can be hard sometimes Can be a little more complex than 'just measure' if you want to truly measure the entire wheel through all of it's suspension travel. But if you aren't going for every last mm then yeah, you can check the space you currently have and guesstimate.
    • If you own a car, and it has wheels on it, and you know the offset of those wheels, and you have a measuring device, you have everything you need to work out if other wheels will fit.
    • Will this fit? but they are staggered set - RAYS 57DR SEMI GLOSS BLACK 18x8.5 +37 | 18x9.5 +38 5-114.3 STAGGERED SET   or If no go could just get a set 4's wheels of 18x8.5 +37 5-114.3 - would i run 8.5's 235s up front n 245's at the back if I do?   Thanks.
    • Put a clamp on your return line. I have a feeling it's sucking air, and introducing bubbles to your fuel. With a lot of fuel, less problematic. I'd honestly be redoing all the lines in the tank and clamps on everything.   Also, you've given two different answers to the same question: Asked if being followed by the police you could get down to use the whole tank, you said yes you could, so long as you keep off boost. However, you then followed this up that free revving, it would also cause the issues. I'm doubting free revving is enough to make any noticeable boost on what is likely a decent sized turbo.   So now I have to ask, can you actually drive it lightly and use all the fuel, or does it break up even free revving? Also, have you put a fuel pressure gauge on it? Can you hear the pump change noise at all when you're having this issue?
