Can Someone Give Me Some Info

i went and bought what was said to be an r33 gtr skyline but according to the chassis plate it was produced on the 9th month of 1993. from what i have gathered they didnt release the r33 gtr until 1995 yet this has the full gtr body, interior and running gear including rb26dett and 4 wheel drive. the plate also states that it is an rb25det and it says ecr33, it has got me stumped and i am really hoping i havent been ripped off. i couldnt imagine somebody could justify the costs involved with going to such an extent to mock up a gtr.

If you wanna give me your Vin, I can check it in NISSAN FAST and see what it says.

Although, if it says ECR33 & RB25det, this may be all you need to know.

Dude if the build plate says it's an ECR33, you've been ripped off. What's more, the good bits inside your car were probably stripped from a stolen one, so you'd want to be checking your engine number quick smart.

Its probably a gtr(stolen or race/rally import) not a mock up, but with plates stuck on from a gtst to sell it

Yeh mate tell one of the boys your vin so they can run it in the Nissan fast programme which will distinguish what car it is.

Look up 'get vin fasted' or similar

From what youve described, you've got yourself a 33 gtr that's got 33 gtst build plates and can only be rego'd as such.

A good way to check right now is have a look at the Japan vin that's stamped into the fire wall and see how it compares to the blue build plate. If its different your've got ya self in a jam.
