Anyone knows if they are bolt on to the 33gtr or you need new rails???

You'll need recaro/bride rails to suit your car and thats it.

What are you going to do with your stock seats btw?

100% requirement of Mod plate (sub hundred bill).

Other than that, just recaro rails and you're good to go.
