Hi folks,

As title stats I'm having another garage sale of my own... I've got bits to get rid of.

1; HKS Hiper D Coilovers to suit 33/34 GTR, 34 GTT/GTV Fork rear - All but one is in good condition, the one coilovers developed a knocking noise but no leaks to be seen though. Asking $500 ONO.

2; R33 drivers side A pillar trim - Excellent condition, no holes. Asking $50 ONO

3; Two pairs of stock cam gears off RB26 - Not needed due to having adjustable cam gears. Asking $50 per pair ONO.

4; Pair of stock 33 GTR turbos - In good nick, unknown kms travelled I'd say 90,000km ~ ish judging the amount of km's my GTR has travelled. Asking $350 ONO.

5; Pair of stock turbos with 'N1' wheels - Appears to have blown oil seal, suit rebuild. Asking $200 ONO.

6; Another pair of stock turbos with 'N1' wheels - in pieces suitable for someone wanting to play with it or use it as decoration in the living room. Asking $100 ONO.

7; Standard 33 GTR centre gauges; In working condition before replaced with Nismo units. Asking $50 ONO.

I think that's it for now. I'm located in Eastern Suburbs Melbourne, some items I'm happy to post.

Can't upload photos to photobucket as it's being homo as now, SMS me on 0498 650 167 for pictures if desired also questions etc, also feel free to PM.

Cheers

Grant

p.s. Also have 4x 255/35/18 Bridgestone Potenza RE050A run flat tyres in 65% tread (one tyre had puncture repaired and hold air just fine), can remove if you wish to have it urgently. Asking $550 ONO.

Will have Tein Super Street coilovers to suit R33/34 GTR, R34 GT-t/GT-V, in excellent condition done about 16,000km on them which I'll remove this weekend. Asking $850.

Also a set of Advan RA3-DT in 18x10 +19 with 2 35% and 2 busted (flat tyres for unknown reason) in 285 30 18 Bridgestone RE55S. Asking $900. Can do package deal with RE050A's for small fee.

Cheerio

HKS Hiper D.

Spring rates are 9kg/mm front and unknown at back, I'd hazard a guess 7kg/mm. It's bit dirty but no leaks though.

As for pics of stock turbos, I thought I took some but I can MMS them at your request if you want. Same goes for tri-spokes and Tein Super Street coilovers.

Again, I'm negotiable with pricing to the extent.

Cheers

I'll take the center guages, would you be willing to post?

Easy, as it isn't that big.

PM me and I shall continue the transaction.

    • Look for broken wire or bad connector at the motor. Might not be it, but is worth starting there, as it is easy.
    • Hi everyone, I’m having an issue with my R32 GT-R. Sometimes, when the car goes over a bump or experiences some vibration, the 4WD warning light comes on the dashboard. When I check the code from the control unit in the trunk, it shows Code 19 – ETS Motor. However, everything seems to be working fine — if I turn off the engine and restart the car, the light goes away and everything functions normally. Has anyone experienced this before? Where should I start troubleshooting this issue? Thanks in advance!
    • I'm back from the dyno - again! I went looking for someone who knew LS's and had a roller dyno, to see how it shaped up compared to everything else and confirm the powerband really is peaking where Mr Mamo says it should. TLDR: The dyno result I got this time definitely had the shape of how it feels on the road and finally 'makes sense'. Also we had a bit more time to play with timing on the dyno, it turns out the common practice in LS is to lower the timing around peak torque and restore it to max after. So given a car was on the dyno and mostly dialled in already, it was time for tweaking. Luis at APS is definitely knowledgable when it came to this and had overlays ready to go and was happy to share. If you map out your cylinder airmass you start seeing graphs that look a LOT like the engine's torque curve. The good thing also is if you map out your timing curve when you're avoiding knock... this curve very much looks like the inverse of the airmass curve. The result? Well it's another 10.7kw/14hp kw from where I drove it in at. Pretty much everywhere, too. As to how much this car actually makes in Hub Dyno numbers, American Dyno numbers, or Mainline dyno numbers, I say I don't know and it's gone up ~25kw since I started tinkering lol. It IS interesting how the shorter ratio gears I have aren't scaled right on this dyno - 6840RPM is 199KMH, not 175KMH. I have also seen other printouts here with cars with less mods at much higher "kmh" for their RPM due Commodores having 3.45's or longer (!) rear diff ratios maxing out 4th gear which is the 1:1 gear on the T56. Does this matter? No, not really. The real answer is go to the strip and see what it traps, but: I guess I should have gone last Sunday...
    • 310mm rotors will be avilable from Australia, Japan, and probably a few other places. Nothing for the front can be put on the back.
    • The filter only filters down to a specific size. Add to that, the filter is AFTER the pump. So it means everything starts breaking your pump even if its being filtered out.
