Hi All

New to this forum...

Picked up an 09 R35 two weeks ago and absolutely loving it. It's Gun Metallic and in great condition. A few minor mods planned starting with a trip to Willall next week for some work....looking forward to the results!

When it returns, a serious detail, a touch up to one very slightly damaged wheel (paint only) and possibly some wrap work.

Looking forward to reading and learning more from other owners.

Cheers

Docc

Consists of rear diffuser, top fascia on oem rear spoiler, side skirts and front lip? Apparently cost 10K???

yeh you had to cut out the centre piece on the oem diffuser to install those

i have a non-damaged oem rear lower valance if you want to swap back to oem....mine has been painted oem solid black though, its not the oem grey colour. i prefer to have the storage space so you can have it very cheap

front lip looks like hks kansai

You may find it a probolem as you have to cut the rear stone tray to fit it.

Thanks guys.

Why do you want to remove the kit Docc?

Looks good.

Pls post a review when you get it back.

I've got a GMG 09 too and thinking of going the same way.

Will you have E85 capability too?

Kit is growing on me maxzugkraft...but will look at wrapping lower sections to match oem grey... not sure what to do with top fascia of rear spoiler yet- wrap it or leave cf?

Will do a review when I get it back for sure. At this stage no E85 though...

You will love it, Docc. I've got Martin's Cobb tune as well. It changes the car totally.

I've only got a HKS midpipe, K&N filters & Willall Tranny fluid.

Yeah, I'm thinking of E85 too, Domino!

But I haven't got injectors and pump yet.

We should meet up for a cruise, if you like. I'm in Melbourne too.

    • Sorry to hear your HFM BM57 was faulty,  did you contact HFM I would hope they would be at least grateful for the information if there was some sort of manufacturing fault, you would hope they would be sympathetic even if your item was 2 years old if it had never been fitted. May I ask where it leaked from ?
    • Cats are called Bella, and Donna...  Like that poisonous plant And I remember your 2 monsters, I remember making a little bit of wee when you let them out... LOL I have already installed cat doors into the laundry where their kitty litter is, and the sun room, apart from the cat doors there's not going to be any permanent mounted stuff on the interior walls (interior doors are cheap and easy to replace) I will get a outdoor cat cage thingie once I finish the landscaping out back... https://catnip.com.au/ The only off limit areas are the main bedroom and the gym room....but, currently the cats are curled up in bed, in the main bedroom with the Mrs.....LOL, the off limits for the kittens to the main bedroom lasted about 5 minutes with Jackie I currently only have 1 free standing huge cat tree multiple level scratching post thingie in the lounge room, but, I will be getting another one soon now that I'm happy with the furniture layout in the back room and have a perfect spot for it
    • All of this is making it seem clear that running the Coppermix twin was definitely the way to go, especially in hindsight with how insane tariffs have gotten and the strength of the USD vs yen at the time.
    • That sounds like no chance of even importing one for road registering then Now I see why Duncan wants to check LHD rules for Targa...   I wonder how "bolt in" the AWD would be if you got one imported from the US and swapped it to an AUD one
    • Not to mention they drive like a bucket of bolts! yuck!
