Something Easy To Make On A 3 Axis Cnc Mill Have Some Free Time But Carnt Think Of Anything

Depending how simple you want to go you could do something as easy as a slip on spacer that locates to the hub.
Slightly more technical than that would be a bolt on spacer.

Realistically they should have tolerances but shouldn't be too much of an issue if it's just teaching you to use the machine. Still requires some measuring and tool paths.

I've been making Man Sized LEGO out of MDF on my CNC at work. LOL

Oh and a double side Prop/Fan Blade... Would love to play with metal. \m/

How about something simple but expensive from nissan.

Like the heater core pipes. those plastic ones that bolt onto the core and cost $120 each.

One has a simple valve for heater control. You could get a ball valve or something for that bit.

Make something useful, and make some $$$

    • I'd ask the shop what they used and use that. Mixing coolants is sometimes OK, sometimes not, and you have know the details of each coolant to know whether it's a good idea or not.
    • Is it alright to top up with just another green coolant?

    • Will have a look at that. I cant see any leaks
    • Put another overflow bottle (ie, a 1.25 coke bottle or similar) under the overflow hose and see if it is being pushed out there or if it is disappearing into the engine.
