Hi

Up for sale is my 1988 Nissan Y31 Cima in excellent condition and was bought with the intention of making it into a VIP cruiser.

Reasons for selling are I don't have time with uni and I'll be relocating to the Gold Coast at the end of this year and don't want to take two cars with me. Will be sad to see this go as it has a lot of potential.

Features:

- VG30DET V6 Turbo engine in excellent condition

- Imported in 2008 with all compliance paperwork provided

- Fully working electric seats/mirrors(folding with wipers)/windows/antenna

- Electric reclining rear seats

- Cold fully working air con

- Genuine 134,000kms

- Pillarless design which gives it a VIP look

- New factory airbags installed by the previous owner who imported it (has only had two other owners in Aus)

- Aftermarket height controller that goes lower than the factory controls (paid over $500 from japan)

- HID Low Beam headlight kit

- Brand new battery

- Clean interior

- Paint is in great condtion

- Recently serviced (Oil, timing belt, nissan coolant, power steering fluid)

- is P Plate friendly in QLD (under 125kw/tonne)

- Doesn't need anything to be done for RWC so it can be registered literally straightaway

The only bad point is it needs to have the rear left quarter panel resprayed. The previous owner hit a brick mail box while reversing which scratched up the rear quarter and broke the light. I bought a replacement tailight from japan so it just needs paint and a little bit of panel work.

Other than that it runs like a dream and everything works perfect. These cars are rare and hard to find in Aus, especially in great stock condition like this one with working airbags. A real head turner!

I also have a set of deep dish Work Euroline DH's that i was going to put on up for sale. Can combine for the right price.

All inspections welcome. Prefer sms contact because of work. Via pm or on 0422 EIGHT THREE SEVEN 751.

Cheers

LOL I have already installed cat doors into the laundry where their kitty litter is, and the sun room, apart from the cat doors there's not going to be any permanent mounted stuff on the interior walls (interior doors are cheap and easy to replace) I will get a outdoor cat cage thingie once I finish the landscaping out back... https://catnip.com.au/ The only off limit areas are the main bedroom and the gym room....but, currently the cats are curled up in bed, in the main bedroom with the Mrs.....LOL, the off limits for the kittens to the main bedroom lasted about 5 minutes with Jackie I currently only have 1 free standing huge cat tree multiple level scratching post thingie in the lounge room, but, I will be getting another one soon now that I'm happy with the furniture layout in the back room and have a perfect spot for it
    • All of this is making it seem clear that running the Coppermix twin was definitely the way to go, especially in hindsight with how insane tariffs have gotten and the strength of the USD vs yen at the time.
    • That sounds like no chance of even importing one for road registering then Now I see why Duncan wants to check LHD rules for Targa...   I wonder how "bolt in" the AWD would be if you got one imported from the US and swapped it to an AUD one
    • Not to mention they drive like a bucket of bolts! yuck!
