Engineers Certificate For Bc Coilovers?

I've recently moved from QLD to NSW and to pass the blue slip requires an engineers certificate for my BC BR coilovers. Apart from the legal ride height is there any reason why they shouldn't pass and does $400 sound fair for the certicate? Car is 99 Stagea RS4.

Also will not being ADR approved be a problem?

if it's not lowered more than 50mm why does it have to be engineered ??? that was my understanding anyways......

Just grab some stockie suspension, or borrow it for a few days?

I think you need to find another place to get the blue slip. I know a couple of places that don't even jack the car up for a blue slip. Where are you in nsw
