R33 Gtr Sputtering And Spitting Flames

hi guys i have a 1996 r33 gtr vspec

i have recently changed the throttle body gaskets as they were leaking. Changed spark plugs, fuel filter and so on.

i have stock turbos with HKS EVC. TURBO TIMERS, EXHAUST, HKS AIRFILTERS

i have the turbos running at either .7 or .9

i took my car to natio but its really annoying because it seems to build boost really quickly when i put my foot down theres a bit of pull but by the time it hits 3.500rpm its already hit 1.3bar and thats scary for the turbos sake anyhow so it really doesnt let me give the car past 4 grand with out it hitting 1.5 to 1.6 bar even though the boost controller is set to .9 it spikes every time and really fast. it also miss fired as soon as it goes past 1.1 bar and sometimes before it even hits full boost it will missfire. i noticed the car spitting huges flames out at the natio the other night its never done that before as the car has no major mods... that car drives fine but just hits full boost way to quick for me to even feel any power it just goes straight to 1.3 bar

Check boost controller is plumbed and set correctly would be the first logical suggestion.
