Inner Tie Rod End

Soo my inner tie rod end needs replacing...

I cant for the life of me find the part number...

I found this

Is 48521-79T00 the part number for the front inner tie rod end on a ER34????

I heard they vary in length and i need to make sure i get the correct one.
