Dyno run was probably done in 3rd gear, so the gear ratio actually multiplies the torque...another reason why 4th gear is good for dyno runs

Next car I have on the dyno (doesn't matter how much power) I am going to do a power run in 3rd and then one in 4th and post it. There is not much difference. :)

In power maybe not, but surely there would be a difference in the torque reading, or is there some internal calibration base don final drive ratio used?

about the tomei poncams 256 @ 9.2mm lift thats actually a bit weird on a r34 why did u choose these ? ......

since the duration is smaller youll be pushing alot more boost to get the power since it is restricting the flow .
