Hcr32 Arc Smic + Hcr32 Power Fc (R32 Gts-T)

Recommended Posts

Hi guys,

Posting here from the USA! I have a R32 GTS-t Type M, Zenki. (aka HCR32).

I want to get an ARC SMIC (part # M075HR32G03 or # M105HR32G03 for the 105mm version)

as well as a Power FC + Commander unit.

I know these are *really* hard to find, but I can't complete my intended build without these parts. I will offer at or above market value for these. Note that the Power FC *must* have the proper hand unit, as the commander is quite difficult to find on its own.

Thanks!

Welcome to SAU.

AP Engineering HCR32 RB20 Power FC's, do come up for sale every so often in the 'For Sale' forums. They usually go for around the $800-$1200 mark, depending if the Hand controller is included. However, Apex's new EL hand controller, suits all Power FC models ever produced, even AP Engineering models. So if you have trouble finding a unit with a hand controller, this is another option.

Regarding the SMIC, I think you'll have more trouble finding an ARC SMIC, rather than an AP engineering Power FC. Most people favour a FMIC over an aftermarket SMIC. Therefore, A R34 GT-T SMIC would be a great cheap alternative, and are readily available.

Good luck.

Wait, you mean I *can* use the new EL hand controller with this? I believe someone on here was selling a power FC unit without a hand controller, so if I can buy the EL unit, I will just PM him about that.

I know the SMIC will be tough to find, but I'd prefer the ARC unit over the GT-T one to be honest. They come up on Yahoo Auctions occasionally but I missed the last one.

I'll also entertain offers for a R34 GT-T unit if someone has one that they want to part with. I'll offer more for one if the pipe work has already been done to fit it to a R32.

Hi, I have a Greddy Side Mount Intercooler kit to suit HCR32 GTS-T RB20DET.

It comes complete with all piping marked with the genuine Greddy sticker. It fits directly into the standard side mounted location.

IT also comes with an aluminium shroud and a Blitz Blow off valve welded onto the hot pipe.

I ran this on my car with the 'type m' aero front bumper and fog light assembly, nothing modified apart from a slight trim of the aluminium shroud to clear the foglight bracket.

I will post directly to USA at your expense. I am after $400 aud plus postage

    • Hello!  i just finished manual swaping my r34 skyline with a r33 rb20de box(RB71C)box  When the car is running it squeaks crazy loud and it was smoking from the gearbox area. The gearbox is fine it was tested. The clutch slave cylinder seems like it doesn't fully releases the clutch. I want to ask if this noise is from the throw out bearing or could it be the clutch assembly or disk att.xFliq87Gzw6kImKBVqDebXkj0fBqymk0JaYeP3_3SlM.mp4
    • A few small updates since the previous post and lessons. I decided to do a little interior light upgrade on the 110. I quite like the iilumo items, even if they're a bit of a premium over other brands. You'll also note the Stedi Fogs, that will go into the S15 fog lights as I needed to match the bulbs since I got the new ones earlier. I hope they fit as the body is quite a bit longer than your normal bulb.  Annoyingly, I managed to trip the fuse, which normally wouldn't be an issue until I located the fuse. I can't say I've ever come across this. I had lucked out that someone nearby had a spare, but oddly enough Toyota dealerships seem to keep this in stock. I ordered some to keep in my stash and as luck would have it, someone else nearby tripped the same fuse so I passed on the favour.  I also did a little service on the 110 ahead of some additional work coming up. It's been annoying that Goleby's stopped carrying this particular HKS filter for the 110, so now I need to keep them on order from Japan. I also took the opportunity to install a bash plate and number plate riser. The plate riser is such a cheap but nice fix to help really tidy up the car. I'm tempted to now also replace my headlights, on this car. Both items were from Project Aero.    I also needed to replace the rear tyres on the 110, and after trying to get it aligned learnt that I need to replace some bushes in the front end, so that's next.  Closing out this update with a nicer picture as always!
