Hard Shifting Into First Gear When Stationary

Hey guys

Just put a second hand gear box in my car with and extreme clutch

Only when I am stationary i have to push really hard to get it into 1st gear

And also the clutch pedal travel is almost only on when the pedal is fully depressed, is there any adjustment

Theres your problem, your pedal grabs too close to the floor, its not disengaging the clutch fully so your struggling to put it into gear.

Should be a shaft and locking nut above the clutch pedal, undo the locking nut and lengthen the shaft.
