Hi Guys & Gals,

Been a while since I've been on SAU and I thank everyone for keeping it alive, I've researched a lot of the information posted on this web site to help me acquire a PM35 Axis direct from Japan. Without the ease of access to the abundant amount of info my task would be daunting to even think of purchasing a vehicle over seas without an inspection/test drive etc,let alone which version or model would suit my needs/desires.

So here's my new addition, as stated PM35 Axis 3.5L RWD with 97,000km with options and aftermarket trinkets I want already on the car. Waited a while for this particular one to pop up for grabs.

After cruising her around for a few weeks I'm finding that all my boxes are being ticked off for what I'm looking for in a car and with an inspection done on a hoist she's mechanically sound with just a few cosmetic items to address.

Many thanx goes out to the lads at Import Monster ( Aaron & Rob ) as well as Northshore Prestige ( Ben ) for assisting in the acquisition & compliance of the Stagea. Everyone involved was extremely helpful.

Look forward to catching up with more Stagea owners to see what they have conjured up with their pride and joy, as well as go for a cruise.

Regards Jase.

    • This is a recipe for disaster* Note: Disaster is relative. The thing that often gets lost in threads like this is what is considered acceptable poke and compromise between what one person considers 'good' looks and what someone else does. The quoted specs would sit absurdly outside the guards with the spacers mentioned and need  REALLY thin tyres and a LOT of camber AND rolling the guards to fit. Some people love this. Some people consider this a ruined car. One thing is for certain though, rolling the guards is pretty much mandatory for any 'good' fitment (of either variety). It is often the difference between any fitment remotely close to the guards. "Not to mention the rears were like a mm from hitting the coilovers." I have a question though - This spec is VERY close to what I was planning to buy relative to the inboard suspension - I have an offset measuring tool on the way to confirm it. When you say "like a mm" do you mean literally 1mm? Or 2mm? Cause that's enough clearance for me in the rear :p I actually found the more limiting factor ISNT the coilover but the actual suspension arms. Did you take a look at how close those were?
    • @GTSBoy yeah sorry i know thery are known for colors bud those DBA are too in colors 🙂 Green will be good enough for me
