rb20det Non-constant Spark Issue

Looking for Advice on a rb20det WEIRD Sparking Issue

I'm running factory rb20det ecu with square plug igniter.

Checking for Spark with coils out and plug grounded to valve covers while spinning the CAS by hand. 
On first rotation of the CAS *ALL* plugs spark in correct order.
Then on second, third and so on rotations only No.1 cyl coil sparks and the rest do not spark.
Wait for 30 seconds and try again, exactly the same thing happens. 
Stop rotations and try Again right away or after a couple of seconds still, only No.1 cyl coil sparks and the rest do not.

Can anyone shed some light on whats happening here?

 

ps. Have not yet sourced another cas or igniter - tomorrows jobs
