ECR33 Door Close Issue

I have an R33 GTST and I recently replaced the hinges, which got the door correctly aligned (no more sag!), But it still doesn't close all the way. It's like 1/8" open. I tried adjusting the striker, but there's not much room for play there. Would the next thing be to replace the door latch and striker, or is there adjustment to the latch? Do they wear over time and cause issues like this?

If the latch is suspected, do the GTST and GTR share parts there (I don't imagine they're different, but good to know)? If not, can anyone advise on the correct part number?
