A big thank-you should go to Mike (oz) for organising such a great Kart day. Although at first the weather was against us, then the light, it was still such a good day with plenty of drifting and crashing into each other (sorry gordo  )

Im sure Mike will post up lap times and Andrew our Resident Photo guru along with Adrian who wasnt taking pics of the day. Pics should be posted soon *looks at andrew*

Once again Thanks Mike look forward to the next one.

Yep, was a great day! Thanks for organising it Mike - on ya for taking the initiative and planning it all.

Would have been funny getting a shot a bunch of skyline guys looking longingly at the empty patch of ashphalt / skid pan(?) below .. what a waste! hehe

Chaos: no worries ! stacking is part of the fun of gokarting anyhow :)

Too late, I've finished the video

It comes in 3 sizes ... Small, Medium and Large. Small and Medium are both 320x240, Large is 640x480. Medium should be good enough for everyone. Small the sound is just way too crap.

Small - 4.24Mb

Medium - 12.5Mb

Large - 48.6Mb

They are currently uploading to webspace, I'll post a topic and link when they've finished.

    • If they can dyno them, get them dyno'd, make sure they're not leaking, and if they look okay on the dyno and are performing relatively well, put them in the car.   If they're leaking oil etc, and you feel so inclined, open them up yourself and see what you can do to fix it. The main thing you're trying to do is replace the parts that perish, like seals. You're not attempting to change the valving. You might even be able to find somewhere that has the Tein parts/rebuild kit if you dig hard.
