Seatbelts

Hi guys,

i've just imported a 1989 Nissan Cefiro Rb20DET manual. When it arrived off the boat it didn't have a driver's side seat belt buckle, do you guys know if an R32 skyline uses the same buckle or S13?

your help would be appreciated.

You have to replace all the seatbelts anyway right?

On a cefiro nope u dont have to. Well in sydnye u dont have to anywayz.

Dont know about the seat belts thou unfiortunatley

i reckon there's only one way to really find out man... take it to a wreckers and see what u can clip it into... even if you have to take the seatbelt out to do it....

or if it's cheap enough, replace it with a skyline or silvia belt and clip....

just thoughts...

I believe the belts are the same from R32 to cefiro etc. (laurels may be different due to pillarless design)

belts are skyline items... thats why u can put R32 GTR/GTST seats in without replacing the part the buckle clips in to which is on the seat rail.

Oz-cefiro.........I have a drivers side buckle sitting here that i can't use.....where are you located?

If you wanna pay for postage you can have it Can't be more than ten bucks anywhere in the country.......

What do you mean by strap? It has the plastic stalk that attaches it to the seat......

I may need the bolt for my new belts though......not sure if the original bolts are used or new ones (never bothered to ask)
