Boost Controller: Blitz SBC i-D (Install or not?)

I have one lying around at home which i havent chucked in yet . I want to know is it worth putting in when im only running a standard ecu / motor , if so will it make a big difference and will it cause any problems for the car ? Would like to hear some feedback from people with maybe the same type boost controller as well as general feedback.

I have one of these, its the iDII though but it's great. If you have it, why no use it. I had it on my 32 with stock turbo. Much better whan using a bleeder if you wasnt to up the boost a little and tweak the gain.

I have a fair few mods on my car now and i still use it. It holds boost perfectly(14psi currently), never spikes and the boost graphs are kinda cool too
