My link computer has different zones for duty cycle and timing that the computer modifies on manifold pressure and revs. I don't run an o2 sensor but I think the guy that tunes it plugs in which would explain why he stuffs it up all the time.

Can someone send me what duty cycle they run for 1000,2000,3000,4000,5000,6000,7000 rpm and for -20 -10 -5 0 5 10 14.5psi for each of these rpm?

(Particularly if you go by the name Sydneykid )
