Model: 1989 HR31 passage GT Skyline

State: Sydney,NSW

ok guys ive owned this car for the last two years.... and ive lost interest in it...for those who dont know..its RB20DET eccs Red rocker motor..with an auto box unfortunatly..with full power options...INC hicas/4was and so on... The car is currently unregistered... needs a few things fixed to pass a pink slip....

Mods

Turbo back 3" mandrel stainless exhaust

VG20 Ballbearing turbo on 14.7psi

Pod Filter

Shift kit and high pressure oil pump in the auto box

Turbosmart incabin boost controller

Lowered in the rear

Evo 3 Front mount

DRFT Titanium/stainless muffler

Things to be fixed:

New Rear main seal in the engine $ not sure

Lower control arms(needs new) $115 each

Thermostat $ i have no idea.. $15 maybe? the car runs a bit hot..so it could use a new one

Shifter bar needs to be straightend..wont go into park, no money involved i would have fixed it but i havent had the time

thats about it...apart from that car needs a new boost guage because the one i had busted so...

    • Remember kids - if you can't afford to buy 2 GTRs......
    • I know people cry at the price of the Getrag 12-14k for a conversion now, but it really is a nice mid point. Not going to get change from 10k on a gearset installed.  $30k++ for sequential.   I know you run the risk of a damaged used one and parts are hard to get but as a street car gearbox its really hard to beat. If you enjoy a more traditional manual, its the choice no question.
