Hi!

Books are $60 plus postage or you can pick up from Sth Melb on a Tue/Thur/Fri if it's easier.

Basically they do one print run every year and the current books are valid until june 2006. I'm told the current books will probably be sold out within the next couple of weeks, so although I do have some left at present, just try to get in as early as possible. I can also get books for other states but I have none on hand and need to order them as required, and again they will also sell out shortly.

It's no sale ploy either, they do sell out, I myself missed out on a book a couple of years ago. ;)

Anyway let me know if you're interested :)

Cheers!

Adz: no problem :stupid: Don't forget to send me your number!

For the rest of you.. an update!

I have sold out of books temporarily and am on the *waiting list* for more.. hopefully I should get these within a week, I'm trying to get a hold of them before the next VIC meeting. I have 7 copies left on order that can still be reserved and this may well be the last box of books available.. if you have been meaning to get one, please put an order in now because they may indeed be sold out within the next week!

Also please note there are some books for the "Geelong, Surf Coast & Ballarat" & "Canberra" regions left. These are only $50!! but you need to let me know asap.

I have about 7 books left, if you still want a copy let me know ASAP. This will be the last week they'll be sold.

After these books are gone there will be no more until mid 2006 when the new books get released again. PM me directly to purchase one. You can also pay by credit card if you like.

Thanks all for your support, enjoy & I hope you all used the Taco Bill vouchers at DECA!

I was quite happy with my $25 discount from Autobarn the other day :)

Cheers ;)

Due to being a slacker and not having time to return the last books before going interstate... I *still* have a couple of books left! If anyone else is STILL wanting one, last chance, I'm taking them back end of this week or maybe early next week. You can reserve a copy til next week if you have no $$ but let me know asap or it will be too late.. credit card payments are OK.

Books are valid til end of June 2006.

Cheers!~

    • Ah! I actually managed to snag a lightly used set.... that aren't so suitable for me right now. They don't work on a GTT without some cutting or creative heat moulding. I thought about reselling them myself cause I didn't want to murder them, but it looks like I'm probably going to attempt to murder them/melt them because I may as well. @GTSBoy @PranK can somebody close this thread?
    • Hey mate,  I have a set, one is slightly damaged but wont be noticable once installed.  Shoot me a message if your still after them
    • I couldn't wait But, the black constant tension hose clamps were too thick and there wasn't enough clearance at the T/B and I couldn't get it to seat properly, so I had use a silver one there I also added some 3" silicone over the alloy bit that goes through to hole on the radiator support as it looked like it was sitting on the edge of the hole in the radiator support, I never noticed a rattle or anything, but there was a witness mark It is basicly done, and I can live with the silver hose clamp at the T/B, I will get a black clamp for the head vent though where it is attached to the bulkhead fitting  It never stops...LOL, only issue now with the shock tower brace is it slightly touches the under bonnet liner now, if I leave it it will either wear some paint off the brace where it touches, or damage the liner, so I removed the liner to see what I have to work with, with the liner removed I have about 20mm of clearance, but sadly the middle part of the underside of the bonnet is only dusted with paint and looks crap, so I cannot have that, but.... as I have a roll of Carbuilders premium under bonnet insulation in the garage laying around that is only 5.5mm thick (we were going to use it on the boys Patrol, but he crashed the front of it a few months and it was written off, hence why he now drives my old Honda Accord Euro), I'll use the OEM liner as a template and get the Carbuilders stuff fitted up to cover that dusted paint up
    • You have a knack for photography my friend. It makes the 86 look like a complete bucket. The 34 went with you to Europe and back. It's special. (we all feel the same about our 'shitboxes' that every bystander seems to absolutely love)
