aircon compressor bypass?? i think?

Hey all a while back a removed an electric aerial that the last owners had installed in the front bumper i removed it all and all the wires that i could see had been added with no problems. Then a few months later i notice that the cold air on the aircon wasnt cold like normal (just thought i had run out of gas). I had a closer look in the engine bay today and noticed that one of the wires i removed was attached to one of the wires going into the aircon compressor and one went to some wires down near the radiator (drivers side).

Was this an aircon compressor bypass??

If so how can i redo it like where do the wire's have to go ect??

If not what could be wrong with my aircon have i ran out of gas??
