Warranty claims with GREENLINE

I dont know whether this is in the right section.

Looks like the exhaust camshaft i ordered has a crack in it.

What can i do for warranty claims?

I only have their email address, but the problem is that it is urgent. engine is out of the car, and i only have a certain amount of time to get a new product returned.

Im really desperate and dont know what to do.

If anyone can offer me any advice or assistance that would be great.

I think the best you can do is wait for a reply?

email them. if that's the only contact you have that is the best place to start.

Ive already emailed both jason (the aussie contact) and the other email address.

I suppose now its just a matter of playing the waiting game. GRRRR

If it makes you feel any better, Jason usually replies fairly quickly to my emails. That said, I did email him on Friday about injectors and haven't heard back from him yet. Maybe there's been a public holiday in Japan or something along those lines?
