Hi,

i also just bought another of the smaller 450x300x76 with 2.5 inch in/outlet cause i destroyed the last one, when will they be in stock again??

Cheers, Hayden

Hayden, we are still waiting on another container load of 800 of these with the 2.5 inch inlets which we hope to have in 1-2 weeks. If this is too long a wait please give us a call and we can work something out for you.

Kind regards,

Steve

For the R33 GTS-T Series 2, is the trimming going to be very very noticeable or is it hidden/covered?

Hi mate, with these coolers you will normally require some trimming behind the front bar, so best to get this done prior to your car being painted.

We have the 600 x300 x 76mm coolers with 2.5 inch inlet/outlet in stock so if you purchase online using credit card or paypal tonight, it will be dispatched tommorrow morning.

You can purchase your intercooler via our website using the link below:

If you take the time to cleanly and neatly trim your front bar to accomodate the intercooler, its possible to make the bar opening look like the factory opening, rather than one that has been cut.

Its really all in the time taken to trim and finish the bar off.

Thanks for all the orders guys, we have received another container load of intercoolers so we now have around 1000 in stock in sizes and styles to suit any application :)

does this one come with the pipes on the left? or do you just turn it around (dumb question :( ???)

also, are they available in tube and fin?

Hi mate, you can easily turn these intercoolers around the face the opposite way.

That style is only available in bar and plate.

Steve

Hi mate, thanks for your enquiry.

The reason we are able to offer our intercooler range at these prices is we are the biggest Intercooler dealer in the country and have around 1000 intercoolers in stock at any one time.

The exact weight of each core varies

Cheers,

Steve

We can do you the Cooling-Pro Type 1 Intercooler Kit for your R34 GTT for $345 + Delivery.

If you are looking at our website, the pricing you can see is our standard RRP - Not the discounted price we offer to SAU forum members.

so for a full kit for a r34 gtt. at a discounted SAU members price....how much is it?

You asked me above.

Cooling-Pro Type 1 Intercooler Kit $345 + Delivery - As per my signature.

Hello,

Im very interested in one of these for my R33 as i dont want all the extra piping. Have you had any customers use this intercooler utilizing the standard return pipes? If so can you supply the piping to use the standard returns or know where it can be sourced?

Regards,

Dan

Hi mate,

do U have intercooler core that bigger than ur Cooling-Pro Bar and Plate core, measuring 600 x 300 x 76mm? and how big of the core only? how about the diameter of the inlet and outlet?

Note: need only intercooler no piping

Thanks heap

    • I am yet to see anyone ever regret a quaife or helical. ...other than drifting/skidpan duties. I kind of want to upgrade my factory helical with a Quaife (but really it's not ultimately that different, and is a MASSIVE UNDERTAKING), that's how good the hype is about them, that I want to try them 'just to see'
    • D2 and Ksport are essentially the same thing and basically just generic Taiwanese manufacture. Better than ChinaBay crap, but... not top shelf. Öhlins have got to be some of the best dampers around, so likely to be a good option. It's going to get to the point though where I suggest you buy from Oz. We have at least 2x excellent options here. If I were you though, I'd be talking to KW about doing something for the R33. There's bugger all difference between that and the 32. In GTR land, anyway.
    • KW only offers a set for the R32 GTR. Popular options are D2 racing, Ksport or Öhlins. I have a D2 Racing coilover set, though I don't know for sure which one.
    • Well, the good news is you have more than one very good option for new coilovers in and around your country. Worth the drive over to KW to talk about GTR stuff.
    • Fair enough, I am in no way a tire expert so I'm not familiar with all the terms and conditions. I'll definitely note down the AD09 to potentially try in the future. Rain is not too big of a concern for now as I will probably only drive in the rain when I have to. And considering I still lack experience driving the GTR I'd more than likely take it easy too. I have coilovers in the car but as I barely got to drive so far I never bothered to even check if they are adjustable haha. The suspension is almost entirely old and worn as well so I suppose when I eventually fix that in the future that would make a huge difference.
