210kw Wanted

ok, this is my current target, my car is pretty much stock as a rock other than exhaust (turbo back w/ split dump etc..). Next few weeks i want to take my car to Advan performance to get front mount cooler and Power FC installed, now with these 3 things done what else do i need to do to get to the 210rwkw mark?

a new clutch would help, i think the standard ones start to get a bit iffy at 180+ rwkw lightened flywheel ... erm, and a good tuner
