Hicas Light

it's probably been posted before, but i cant find anything from the search so meh

anyways, past week or so, when pulling seconds or flooring it thru 1st, the hicas light on the dash flashes.

yesterday morning whn i turned the car on, the hicas light didnt turn off and stayed on til i turned the car off. wheni turned it back on, it went away. also i noticed yesterday that any sharp corner would cause the hicas light to flash. then later i discovered while going in a straight line that if i wiggle my steering wheel, the hicas light will flash everytime..

what's causing this?

should i worry about it?

and if it matters: it's got a s1 r33 rb25det, diff, and gearbox

Ok then, it may be your power steering fluid level or your steering wheel is not centred. Unfortunately the wheel might have been off before and put on crooked. It could also be your steering wheel sensor. Will be a pain to diagnose if not the fluid level.
