It looks like the 31st is the winner from our poll.

When - Friday 31st Jan 9.00pm leaving 9.30ish (usually that'll mean 10pm :P)

Where - Bunnings car park Mile End, on the city side of the car park, ie come into the cp from under the overpass if heading south (where we started on the joint LS1/Skyline cruise that rained).

Route - Something for everyone hopefully! Open to suggestions.

For those that wanted the 24th - go for it! But I can't make it.

CYA on the 31st ;)

Cool.Round taillights are the go.

S'posed to be a SMASA cruise sat night(25th) starting at

Bunnings Windsor Gdns at 7.00pm.These cruises are huge.

Be good to see some Jap content there as is mainly local

street machines.

Bit tired tonight, might postpone my R34 cruise till tomorrow night.

See if I can scare some 'old school' street machines!

Sometimes guys bring out some real tough cars to these cruises

so will be interesting.

I went to rego dept today & reserved some number plates ;

EVO 007. Watch this space!!!!!

31st cruise looks good, will be good to meet some new Skyline

owners, hopefully some of you will also come out to the drags the following Sat night for some burnout action.

See ya.

...i guess im a virgin to all this, but looking forward to a cruise with  all them round taillights.

You and me both Pawley.

I hope to make it, just might have a bit of trouble keeping up! Spose you need to leave someone behind to wear all the heat from the local boys in blue... So is it likely any other low powered vehicle owners coming along?

Steve

Henry,

Yeah mate you guys are welcome to come along.

I don't think anyone would have a problem with a few LS1 Commodore guys attending (all good blokes & nice cars).

Hey Henry maybe Martin might bring the Ute along for a bit of an arse whippin' ?:) More like he'll bring the Snorer to whip arse himself!

John,

Bye bye S2000 hello EVO7. Nice choice mate!

ALL - You guys/girls do realise this cruise is proportional to the likelihood of RAIN! The bigger the cruise the greater the chance of it raining :):P

Thanks for your number Matt, Ill give you a buzz at ten when I finish work. Hope your not too far down south by then as I work at in the northern burbs. Ill try to catch up with everone as soon as I can. Does Anyone know the best people to install my Apexi Rev Speed Meter. Cheers Matt

See you all there its been awhile:D

Steve,

If I haven't already said it, "welcome to these parts" :P

Bunnings Hardware (& car park) is located @ 108 Railway Tce Mile End (actually closer to the suburb of Mild End South).

The car park can be entered from Sir Donald Bradman drive (formally known as Burbridge Rd) when heading west towards the Adelaide airport. You can also enter the CP from Railway Tce itself by going under Sir Donald Bradman Drv (Burbridge Rd).

UBD ADELAIDE Street Directory Map 117 grid reference M-13, well that's what my '00 edition UBD has.

If you look on map 117 of the UBD the suburb of MILD END SOUTH is marked in bold black type, directly to the right of this is Railway Tce.

That should get you there mate.

Matt

    • Thanks Duncan, that's the best info I've read. Furthermore after learning about the PCM programming side controlling the factory boost solenoid, the purpose of the solenoid is to "bleed" boost when pin 25 is earthed, thus allowing spring pressure in the wastegate actuator to overcome diaphragm boost pressure, thus closing or reducing the position of the wastegate flap creating more boost as the turbo is able to spin faster. It's pretty cool to see a designated Pill to do exactly this, would have liked to have seen it with a tiny filter over the end for those moments in vacuum.  The constant bleed pill has now been removed completely from the system and solenoid boost control has been restored once again.   Case closed 😂
    • The wideband reading is meaningless if it's not running. Why are you using shitty old sidefeeds on any engine, let alone a Neo? What manifold and fuel rail are you using to achieve that? Beyond that, can't help you with AEM stuff as I've never been their ECU/CAS combo.
    • Manual boost controllers (where a little of the boost was bled off) were quite common back in the day, because they were cheap and easy. Generally they had a manual adjustment screw rather than being fixed like yours. Down side is they always bleed boost, not just when you want them to so an electronic boost controller that uses a solenoid will have less lag.
    • Hello , im new here and i have A31 home build  RB25det neo stock eng / turbo  aem ems 2 blue connector  aem 3.5 map aem cas disk aem wideband connected to ecu  355 lph pump 550 nismo yellow injectors side feed aftermarket regulator  and won’t start with base aem tuner basic tune eventually flipped cas 180 degree so it triggers on correct stroke not in exhaust cycle  Now it won’t start Wideband reads 10 and 11 at lowest fuel setting  and will share calibrations soon for aem tuner i think something is wrong in aem tuner    please if you have any information, am very grateful
    • Legend. I ended up finding the facebook account of the owner of the first car i sent but sadly he deactivated the account. I think you’re right in saying it’s some sort of well done custom job. Really appreciate your help anyways.
