Anyone Had Their Bov Seize?

Hey guys,

Just wondering if anybody has had their BOV seize up on them after installing a catch can?

I read somewhere that some BOVs use the oily intake air as a lubricant. If this is the case, what happens after a catch can is installed? Do you have to lube em up manually?
