Difference between VSpec and standard GTR ?

I'm looking into purchasing a GTR (prob R33) could somebody tell me the difference between a Std GTR and a GTR V-Spec ?

I've looked around and the only diff' I've found so far is that the V-Spec is about 100Lb heavier.
