Whats does r33 afm cut feel like ??

Guys , just doing up a r33 at work. we've put front mount , ebc, exhaust hi- flow t3-t4..... and as soon as it comes on boost... pops and farts like a ****.. have put new plugs in it gapped down and its still doing it.

Im pretty sure its hitting AFM cut or "boost cut" as most ppl call it.

Can someone tell me what it feels like ?

I have hit this a few times, it like your driving hard and suddenly the car hits a wall, your thrown forward and the car shudders a bit, similar feeling as when you blow and intercooler pipe off. The boost-cut should be at 1.1bar, as soon as you put the engine management in this will go away.

Yep... Its allot like blowing of a intercooler/turbo pipe...

Instant loss of power... You can still rev the engine (just) with the clutch, but if you select a gear and press the pedal nothing will happen.... Other than vacumm goes to 0 and no boost is produced....

Like i said and VSPEC said pipe off is the most accurate feeling...
