I understand the relavence, but fail to see why posting about childrens sleeping habits have to do with floor matts... :P

It could be kept to PM or maybe a congratz thread for beastien would be a more appropriate thing to do........?

LOL - I know where you are coming from Ska; but isnt this chitchat even more irrelevant to the thread? ROFL

Free speach buddy - its relevant to Beastien (who started the thread, name Brendan, my age, with newborn) and to me (name Brendan, with newborn, same age, who took copies of the floor mats at my expense and posted to Beastien).

I mean how many Brendans' own Stageas? Only 2 in Australia I bet. In a sick & twisted way there is an underlying relevance between floormats & sleeping habits of newborns.

BUT I can feel a ban coming on, SO.... I better shut the F*( up hey.

(Edit: Soz, Im REALLY tired due to newborns sleeping habits - and my damn knee is killing me, pain tablet, all that jazz...)

(Edit: PM sent to Ska; its all good! lol)

Cheers, keep up the good work 'yous all.

Im sure it'll appear in the group buy section when ready. *wink wink*

I'll grab a fresh set too, as mine has coke stains (from Japan) all over them.

Beastien, when ready, get the group buy happening as Im sure a few Stag owners would like a set of floormats.

Cheers, best of luck 2 you.

Well here they are, took quite a while, but it was worth the wait :P

They fit perfectly and look quite good i think.

I'll start a group buy once i get pricing and details finalised.

Many thanks to Tangles for supplying me with the patterns :O

Oh, I was looking around to do this but seeing you have a mate to do it.

I want a carpet for the rear boot, one that covers the entire area. I carry wheels and stuff around and ive made my interior parts rather dirty.

Kinda like the big rubber/plastic one available from nissan, but carpet would just be easier.

Please let me know.

The Boot mat would be possible, all you have to do is make a cardboard pattern of the original, i'm gonna call the guy this week to start talking prices and stuff, i'll ask him about the boot mat then.

At a guess, price will be around $90 to $130 plus postage depending whether you want the custom badging or not.

The Kid is sleepin well Brendan, we have been blessed :(

LOL - very well done, lucky. We are getting there..... slowly.

Would you like me to do the boot mat? I'll have a squiz tonight to see if I can get it out of the boot; ikf I can then Im sure I can make a trace of it for you........

Yeah why not, looks like a few guys are interested, and now that i think of it, i wouldn't mind one myself, let me know how you go with it.

I'll PM you when Ive traced it out - wont get to a stationers for the paper until Thurs night or Saturday.

I've already got the rear mat, the hard plastic one.

i'm definately in for the mats when they're made up

Im REALLY Sorry lads, havent been able to take a tracing of the rear cargo bay area floor mat. Thats because Im a Tool, simple as that.

Real reason is my knees are REAL bad, and cant get down on the ground to do the tracing, nor can I do it on a table as the only table the right size for the job (my dining table) is covered and surrounded by kiddies bunkbeds waiting to be stained (has been for around 6weeks now).

Ive got the paper, got the floormats, but havent brought myself to kneel down and do a tracing, that cripples me for days, and I simply cant bring myself to do it, as I know what the repercussions are for myself.

Next week got double knee surgery and wont be kneeling for a few months, so I think its best if someone else can do a tracing, if possible.

SINCERE Apologies, Brendan

SINCERE Apologies, Brendan

God F*kn dammit, I hate how my fckn knees rule my life................. :ermm:

Im pissed that I said id do something, fairly simple for an ablebodied person to do, but cant get it fricken done.

man I let myself down sometimes. fk me!

    • Look for broken wire or bad connector at the motor. Might not be it, but is worth starting there, as it is easy.
    • Hi everyone, I’m having an issue with my R32 GT-R. Sometimes, when the car goes over a bump or experiences some vibration, the 4WD warning light comes on the dashboard. When I check the code from the control unit in the trunk, it shows Code 19 – ETS Motor. However, everything seems to be working fine — if I turn off the engine and restart the car, the light goes away and everything functions normally. Has anyone experienced this before? Where should I start troubleshooting this issue? Thanks in advance!
    • I'm back from the dyno - again! I went looking for someone who knew LS's and had a roller dyno, to see how it shaped up compared to everything else and confirm the powerband really is peaking where Mr Mamo says it should. TLDR: The dyno result I got this time definitely had the shape of how it feels on the road and finally 'makes sense'. Also we had a bit more time to play with timing on the dyno, it turns out the common practice in LS is to lower the timing around peak torque and restore it to max after. So given a car was on the dyno and mostly dialled in already, it was time for tweaking. Luis at APS is definitely knowledgable when it came to this and had overlays ready to go and was happy to share. If you map out your cylinder airmass you start seeing graphs that look a LOT like the engine's torque curve. The good thing also is if you map out your timing curve when you're avoiding knock... this curve very much looks like the inverse of the airmass curve. The result? Well it's another 10.7kw/14hp kw from where I drove it in at. Pretty much everywhere, too. As to how much this car actually makes in Hub Dyno numbers, American Dyno numbers, or Mainline dyno numbers, I say I don't know and it's gone up ~25kw since I started tinkering lol. It IS interesting how the shorter ratio gears I have aren't scaled right on this dyno - 6840RPM is 199KMH, not 175KMH. I have also seen other printouts here with cars with less mods at much higher "kmh" for their RPM due Commodores having 3.45's or longer (!) rear diff ratios maxing out 4th gear which is the 1:1 gear on the T56. Does this matter? No, not really. The real answer is go to the strip and see what it traps, but: I guess I should have gone last Sunday...
    • 310mm rotors will be avilable from Australia, Japan, and probably a few other places. Nothing for the front can be put on the back.
    • The filter only filters down to a specific size. Add to that, the filter is AFTER the pump. So it means everything starts breaking your pump even if its being filtered out.
