RS Four is the 96 - early 97 model, 25t X Four is a late 97 - early 98 model, all Series 1

The RS Four was also released in 97/98, but it had a different gearbox, the M-ATx. the 25t X Four had the E-ATx.

lastly the 25t X Four had woodgrain interior

I think it's just a more optioned later model stagea

25t X-Four is not N/A, it's a more optioned model than the RS Four. You've confused it with the 25X-Four, which is N/A

Have a look in those pictures. on the left side under the heading the engine is stated. both have the RB25DET
