A bigger exhaust is for better air flow no point having power if it can't escape Performances cars are generally always going to be noisier then a little getz etc. In saying this my hat off to you sir for thoroughly thinking and writing up your post, at no point did you come here and claim and point fingers calling us hoons, so good on you. I enjoy a mountain run as much as anyone, the reason we choose night time is because we can do the speed limit and not get stuck behind a unsafe/ unpredictable driver doing 20-30kms under the speed limit on road that is not suitable for over taking.
